At Swegon, we are seeking a new Marketing Communication Specialist to join our Marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Development Director, you will be based at our Snodland site, with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

Position Summary:

As the Marketing Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our audience. You will be responsible for managing various communication channels, including our company blog, social media, magazines, and trade memberships. Additionally, you will oversee trademark usage, exhibition materials, and sustainability communication.

Main duties and responsibilities:

As a Marketing Communication Specialist at Swegon, your main duties will include:

Content Management:

• Curate, create, and optimize content for our company blog
• Ensure alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices
• Engage with readers through comments and discussions

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms
• Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Foster community engagement and respond to inquiries

Magazine Contributions:

• Collaborate with editorial teams to contribute articles or features
• Highlight our products, services, and industry insights
• Maintain consistent messaging across publications

Trade Memberships and Exhibitions:

• Manage our participation in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
• Coordinate booth setup, promotional materials, and networking opportunities
• Represent the company professionally and build relationships

Trademark Compliance:

• Ensure proper usage of trademarks in all communication materials
• Collaborate with legal teams to protect our brand identity
• Educate colleagues on trademark guidelines

Sustainability Communication:

• Develop and communicate our sustainability initiatives
• Highlight eco-friendly practices, corporate social responsibility, and community involvement
• Engage stakeholders and promote our commitment to sustainability

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing communication roles
• Demonstrated success in managing blogs, social media, or trade events
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and data organization
